How to autoclave tips and tubes?

1) Unpack and rack tips.
2) Place racked tips in the autoclave.
3) Autoclave at 121¡ãC (252¡ãF) under a pressure of 15 psi for 15 minutes.
4) Allow tips to dry thoroughly before use.
